Som datterselskab til BNP Paribas er Arval Danmark påkrævet at udføre en KYC proces. KYC står for ”Know Your Customer” og er en proces som hjælper os med at bekæmpe hvidvaskning og brud mod sanktioner og handelsforbud. Vi vil derfor bede dig om at hjælpe os med dette, ved at udfylde et par spørgsmål i nedenstående. Så snart de er udfyld og sendt til os, kan vi starte et sundt og værdifuldt samarbejde.

Autoriseret repræsentant

En autoriseret repræsentant er en person som kan underskrive kontrakter på vegne af virksomheden. Den autoriseret repræsentant er defineret per juridisk form eller udnævnt af virksomheden. Er virksomheden registreret med CVR nummer? I så fald, er den autoriseret repræsentant også registreret med CVR. Du kan finde informationen på jeres CVR udtræk.

Senior Managing Official

En Senior Managing Official er bestyrelsesformand, bestyrelsemedlem eller en virksomheds repræsentant, så som CEO, CFO eller muligvis andre naturlige personer som har prominent indflydelse på kunde beslutninger, fx også COO eller andre ledere.

Det er vigtige at både den autoriseret repræsentant og Senior Managing Official står nævnt på ’trade register’.

Please find below a few questions to answer. These make it possible to start the cooperation as soon as possible or to continue the cooperation the way you are used to.

Authorized representative

An authorized representative is authorized to sign statements or conclude contracts on behalf of the entity. The authorized representative is determined by the legal form of the entity or appointed by the entity. Is the entity registered with the Chamber of Commerce? Then the authorized representative will also be registered with the Chamber of Commerce. You will find this on the Chamber of commerce extract.

Senior Managing Official

A Senior Managing official are the chairman of the board of directors or the supervisory board *, and corporate officers such as the CEO *, the CFO *, and possibly other natural persons who have a prominent influence on the client's decisions - e.g. the COO * or other managers.
