You will gain great influence in a young, agile, and quickly growing affiliate with a strong business development mindset and a passion for delivering great customer service. Your portfolio covers the entire Danish market. You will spend approx. 50 % of your time on the road, and the remaining time at the office in Copenhagen.

You will get responsibility for your own client portfolio, and hunt for new business as well. We are looking for somebody with the potential and ambition to grow a career in a complex, fast moving and ambitious organisation.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Attract new clients and reach budget goals
  • Independently to negotiate complex client agreements
  • Drawing up and responding to tenders, and ensure that the potentials of these are exploited
  • Initiating activities to support the Arval’s growth and development
  • Develop personally and professionally, and contribute to the development of the organization and the colleagues around you
  • Being a proactive and constructive participant in projects across the organization

You will report to the Commercial Director, and by the end of the year you will have 35 great colleagues at the Danish office. Arval supports a good work/life balance, and the culture is based on entrepreneurial freedom with responsibility, and respect for the Arval DNA, which is ruling across all borders.

Obligatorisk profil: 

You have a relevant educational background and a strong interest in business leasing of passenger and commercial vehicles.

Further, you will be able to demonstrate that you:

  • Are strongly results oriented and possess great business acumen
  • Thrive in an increasingly digital environment
  • Are a skilled negotiator and a talented communicator
  • Are a strong networker with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possess excellent written and spoken English
  • Are competent in data analysis and demonstrate high proficiency in the main Microsoft Office tools
  • Can travel as needed

Prior knowledge or understanding of the leasing industry is regarded an advantage. You know how to cooperate in an international organization, and you possess the drive and structure to execute and prioritize independently in a challenging and busy setting.
